The BRAND

FIT2FITE Ltd is introducing over the next 12 months new, branded, concepts that dovetail beautifully into the F2F training template. Details to follow shortly but one of them was introduced at the recent 3ness Fitness Event, F2Flexibility (see below).

SUMMER SIZZLER May Bank Holiday

The Summer Sizzler was as always a tremendous success with an exceptional turnout and a fantastic atmosphere. With every event the F2F Team have the same trepidation and nervousness about how it will run. The change to a Bank Holiday Weekend back in May had it’s challenges but as always, if you are surrounded by good people, challenges are just a talking point for the next time you catch up with them. Again thanks to Dianne Reilly, Jon the Music Man, lite Nutrition, 3NESS and the F2F Instructors for their support. However it goes without saying that it is the Fit2fiters who make the event a success every time.

FESTIVE FRENZY – Christmas Conscience Clearer

The Festive Fitness Frenzy should be different this year with a new venue and a collaboration with a large corporation. Keep December 10th clear. The F2F Team are working on it and will keep you updated. We are also organising a Christmas Party, Funky Grooves only, The success of both events are dependent on your support.

3NESS July 2017

Again one of our key sponsor,s 3ness Luxury Fitness Weekenders, held their first Fitness Bootcamp in Nottingham University. Ross Mathieu and Dianne Reilly led the charge for the FIT2FITE classes and as ever delivered exemplary classes to a keen group of participants. This event saw the F2F brand expanding introducing F2Flexibility which speaks for itself and F2FloorCore a protracted Muscular strength and Endurance component. 

Party Night

The much talked about F2F Funky Groove Party is happening. it will be a Christmas shindig open to all those who know how to party and for those who want to learn!!! Manage your expectations, the night will feature only Funky Grooves and Mellow knee tremblers. So come prepared. Date and venue to be announced in next newsletter.

F2F Royalty

F2F Founder Greg Francis and family headed  to Serbia in July as a guest of the Serbian Royal Family. They attended the Marriage of Prince Dorde Karadjordjevic to FIT2FITE Instructor and Karate Student, Fallon Rayman. Greg said, “It was truly a tremendous occasion and an incredible experience”.

Congratulations HRH Princess Fallon Karadjordjevic from the whole FIT2FITE Family.

International Athletes

Congratulations to FIT2FITER’s, Lauren and Chloe Salisbury, Jordan Clarkson and Danielle Kirby who train Karate and FIT2FITE with Greg, All have been selected to represent England at the World Junior Karate Championships in Tenerife, 25-29 October., We wish them all the best.

Also good luck to F2F Instructor Claire Burton who will be representing Britain at the World Natural Bodybuilding Championships in Miami.

Fundraiser

FIT2FITE will be holding a 90 minute fundraiser for these 5 elite athletes to assist them with expenses while representing F2F and their Country. The event will be held in late September/early October date TBC. Please come along and support so we can give them all a rousing send off. Minimum donation is £5.00. The event will also be the first airing of  one of F2F’s new branded products..
