NB: When participating in FIT2FITE online classes, Fit2fiters should find a suitable place in their homes with sufficient space and ventilation for the activity being undertaken. Wear appropriate clothing and foot wear and keep hydrated. If you have any existing health conditions secure Medical advice before engaging in any of the classes.
